About the deck
Powell-Peralta’s Flight technology revolutionizes the ride feel of classic decks. By combining five plies of finest maple wood with high-strength epoxy resin and fiberglass reinforcements, the deck is thinner and lighter than a typical 7-ply deck while offering a more than twice as high impact resistance. In addition, the intense pop is preserved almost unchanged throughout the entire lifespan of the board.
The Pro Shape 290, designed by Andy Anderson, is characterized by functional edge contours and specially shaped ends that provide maximum versatility for street, park, and freestyle skaters alike. Together with the K20 Concave, the geometry guarantees a secure stance, excellent feedback on trick landings, and precise board control.
The iconic "Heron" graphic design reflects Andy Anderson’s profound symbolism and his unmistakable, creative skate style – perfect for anyone who wants to combine performance with unique design.

Powell-Peralta
Powell-Peralta is the US skate brand founded in 1978 by George Powell and Stacy Peralta — responsible for the "Bones Brigade", one of the most famous skate teams of all time (Tony Hawk, Rodney Mullen, Steve Caballero, Lance Mountain, Mike McGill, Tommy Guerrero). The Skull and Sword logo is one of the most iconic symbols in skate history.
Heritage — the skate empire of the 80s
George Powell (engineer, designer) and Stacy Peralta (Z-Boys veteran) founded Powell-Peralta in 1978 — with the goal of building quality decks and hardware using innovative material tech. The Bones Brigade, managed by Peralta, defined 80s skating: Tony Hawk's vert, Rodney Mullen's flatground innovation, Steve Caballero's pool skating. Films like "The Search For Animal Chin" (1987) are skate canon.
Which Powell-Peralta products fit which skater?
