Welcome Skateboards was founded in 2009 by Jackson Celaya in sunny California and since then has only known one motto: "To promote individuality, creativity and generally the fun of skating". The graphics are very aesthetic, artistic and also chaotically designed, the shapes crazy and yet very well thought-out. That's why you can recognise a Welcome Deck at first sight. The philosophy of Welcome Slateboards
We do this because we believe that a skateboard company should make decks that stand out from the brand next to them, beyond a variation in graphics or logo on the bottom. We believe that a skateboard company should care about how a board rides and take the time to make sure that each of their shapes is just right. We believe graphics should have meaning and be authentic. Your skateboard should make you feel something when you look at it. It should be difficult to walk past it without taking a look. It should enchant you.
